Industrial Value Adds Hot Properties

Another fact about the OC industrial market: there are still a lot of opportunities to do value-add deals, Avison Young principal Alan Pekarcik, in the Irvine office, tells us (he's on the right with colleague Dan Vittone). Recently Alan and Dan, along with Voit Real Estate’s Sam Olmstead, repped the seller, Pacific Systems, and the buyer, Burke Real Estate Group, in the sale of 45k SF 17392 Daimler St in Irvine. Alan says that the buyer intends to renovate the property, formerly occupied by Fidelity National Title, and take it to market for lease or for sale.
