FIGHT NIGHT

Landlord-tenant negotiations? No, it was one of the three rounds of fisticuffs enjoyed by 900 commercial real estate pros at the annual NAIOP SoCal Night at the Fights recently at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. It was an evening of professional boxing and MMA, gourmet dinner, cigars, cocktails, and a Round 2 After Party featuring a live band,casino tables, and more networking. (Also a little less scoring controversy than Pacquiao-Bradley.)
The Night at the Fights Committee, without whose efforts there would be no opportunity for the fighters to float like a butterfly nor sting like a bee. The event benefits the chapter's political outreach efforts and a portion of the proceeds are donated to Building Block Foundation Fund, which helps disadvantaged children in Orange County.
