Retail Condo Near Barclays Center Fetches Over $1,100/SF

A 4,800 SF retail condo with 2,900 SF of ground-floor retail at 440 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn sold for $1,142/SF. Barrett Design sold the space to an unidentified medical office user for $3.25M in a deal that closed on March 30th. CPEX’s Andre Sigourney and Harrison Balisky repped Barrett Design. Andre tells the Commercial Observer that the buyer has an established presence in the area, which is a few blocks west of the Barlcays Center. [CO]
