A 4,800 SF retail condo with 2,900 SF of ground-floor retail at 440 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn sold for $1,142/SF. Barrett Design sold the space to an unidentified medical office user for $3.25M in a deal that closed on March 30th. CPEX’s Andre Sigourney and Harrison Balisky repped Barrett Design.
