Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen to Open Flagship in NYC

How fitting is it that a couple of Full House stars are making an Acadia townhome a full house? Acadia Realty Trust announced that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s luxury fashion brand The Row signed a long-term lease for three floors (3,733 SF) of a townhouse at 17 E 71st St. Acadia purchased the property last November as one of two Upper East Side townhomes called the “Off Madison Collection. The six-story, 9,330 SF building was built in 1910 and has Juliet balconies, French doors and dormer windows. And now that the twins’ clothing, eyewear and handbag brand has signed on, 17 E 71st St is fully occupied. Neighbors include Emilio Pucci, Celine, Asprey, Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford. The Row plans to move in by the end of the year.
