PwC Takes 240k SF At 90 Park Ave, Brings NYC Footprint To 1.2M SF

PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Four auditing and professional services firms, is growing its NYC footprint by 240k SF.

PwC signed a 17-year lease for 240k SF at Vornado’s 90 Park Ave, where it will have a dedicated entrance to the building, which recently underwent a $70M renovation.

A source tells Bisnow rents in the building are in the mid-$70/SF range.

Coupled with its 800k SF at 300 Madison Ave and 50k SF at 101 Park Ave, the move brings PwC’s total NYC footprint to 1.2M SF, the Commercial Observer reports.

PwC’s office space in the three nearby buildings will “provide a campus-like enhancement environment to our New York workforce,” the firm says in a statement. PwC plans to employ over 1,500 people at its new offices on 90 Park Ave.

CBRE’s Timothy Dempsey and Greg Maurer-Hollaender repped PwC, while Vornado's Josh Glick, Andrew Ackerman and Jared Silverman repped the landlord in-house. [CO]
