Production Company Subleases 50k SF At 1411 Broadway

PostWorks, a TV production firm, has signed a 50k SF sublease at Ivanhoé Cambridge's 1411 Broadway

PostWorks is taking over shoemaker Nine West's space on the building's 15th and 16th floors, Crain's reports. Asking rent in the deal wasn't immediately clear, but rent at the building usually lies in the high-$60/SF and mid-$70/SF range. 

The firm is moving to its new digs from 100 Avenue of the Americas, where it had 106k SF. It also occupies space at 609 Greenwich St and 110 Leroy St.

The move continues a trend of non-fashion tenants moving into the Garment District in recent years. 

Savitt Partners' Marc Schoen repped PostWorks, while JLL's Amanda Bokman, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner and Clark Finney repped the landlord. [Crain's]
