Quality Capital, Caerus Group File Permits For Greenwich Village Office Tower

Last August, Quality Capital and Caerus Group paid $60M for 827-831 Broadway, two retail and rental buildings that together come to 37k SF. Plans at the time weren’t known.

Now, the tandem has filed a permit application for a 14-story, 84k SF commercial building, NY Yimby reports.

The new structure, per the filing, will be 289 feet tall and it’ll include 6,400 SF of medical office space, retail on the ground and basement levels, and office space from the fourth floor on up. There will be a fourth floor terrace as well.

CD3 Architects is designing the project. Demolition permits haven’t been filed with the city yet. [NYY]
