In a pair of announcements, Extell Development has signed a 10-year lease extension for its 24k SF HQ at 805 Third Ave and announced 555Ten, a new West Side rental building.

Cohen Brothers SVP and national director of office leasing Marc Horowitz brokered the extension. At this point, Marc says only units ranging from 2k SF to 8k SF remain at the 31-story, 600k SF tower.

In addition to Extell, the building boasts a tenant roll including Meredith Corp and the YES Network.

Extell’s 650-foot, 52-story, 478-unit 555 Tenth Ave will feature 30k SF of amenities, including a rooftop pool and sundeck with cabanas, a rooftop club and bar with an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a fitness center with indoor saltwater pool, studio classes, cardio and weight rooms, a bowling alley, an arcade, a children’s playroom, full-service on-site pet care, a covered outdoor dog park, and an  indoor bike service station and storage.

Designed by SLCE and McGinley Design, 555Ten is nearly complete and is expected to offer one-, two- and three-bedroom lofts. Leasing will be handled by Extell in an in-building leasing office, and will begin after Labor Day, with move-ins starting in early October.
