Diesel Signs Retail Lease for Second SL Green Building

It’s safe to say Italian retailer Diesel is a happy tenant. The high-end lifestyle brand has just signed a second lease with commercial real estate giant SL Green, for ground-floor corner space at 625 Madison Ave at 59th Street (above). The Class-A building, now 100% full, is also home to mega brands like Fratelli Rosetti, Neiman Marcus and Polo/Ralph Lauren. Diesel already has another lease with SL Green at 135 Spring St in Soho. The new store plans to open this summer.
