Colliers International Names Kimberly Brennan New COO for the NY/Tri-State Region

She’s New Jersey’s highest-ranking female commercial real estate executive, and Colliers International has just announced she’s hopping aboard, bringing 21-years of expertise. Kimberly (above) is leaving her post as market leader for Cushman & Wakefield New Jersey, and joining Colliers International as the New York/Tri-State COO. Among her new responsibilities: business development; expanding market share; and recruiting top talent, including women and minorities. Brennan has been featured as one of Real Estate New Jersey’s “40 Under 40,” and as one of NJBiz’s “Best Fifty Women in Business.”
