Anheuser-Busch InBev is taking 87k SF at the Kaufman Organization’s 119-125 W 24th St. It'll use the space for its ads and marketing operations. The makers of Bud will have the option to expand to two extra floors. The lease includes a 9k SF public event space at ground level, reports the Commercial Observer. DTZ’s James Frederick, Jay Holland and Peter Occhi repped the tenant. Kaufman Organization principal Grant Greenspan and Jessica Kosaric repped the landlord in-house. [CO]
