Q3's Best-Selling Condo Buildings: 56 Leonard St, The Art House And More

New construction continues to lead the condo sales market, according to a PropertyShark analysis of the NYC buildings with the most Q3 sales. But there were also surprisingly strong sales for Brooklyn and Queens properties, both old and new, due to to their affordability in a high-demand market.

Here’s a quick roundup of the last quarter’s top sellers (Quick disclaimer: PropertyShark’s data is limited to residential properties sold between July 1 and Sept. 30, and doesn’t include package deals):
