EY To Move Some NYC Ops Into 168k SF In Hoboken

EY—formerly Ernst & Young—signed a 168k SF lease at SJP Properties’ mixed-use office and retail complex in Hoboken, NJ, the Waterfront Corporate Center, where it will relocate a portion of its NYC office in June 2017.

Located in Hoboken’s master planned waterfront, the three-building property features 1.5M SF of Class-A offices, views of both NYC and the Hudson River and proximity to a W Hotel, NJ Transit, PATH, NY Waterway Ferry and light rail connections.

EY was repped by CBRE’s Michael Geoghegan, Craig Reicher, Glenn Dyke, Joan Meixner and Nick Hilton, while SJP Properties was repped in-house by EVP Jeff Schotz and SVP Peter Bronsnick.

The complex boasts a Crunch Fitness Center, Del Frisco’s Grille, Wicked Wolf restaurant, Jos A. Bank, FedEx, Chase Bank and Kiddie Academy, as well as water-surrounded parks, the result of $80M in infrastructure investments from the Port Authority.

EY will be joining a tenant roster that includes the likes of Jet.com, Newell Rubbermaid, Thomson Reuters, Pearson Education and workspace provider Regus.
