Jonathan was taking a break from working heavily on the Atlantic Yards closing, while Leslie reports that her firm inked over 500k SF in deals this past year, including Genzyme’s 112k-SF renewal and expansion at 521-33 W. 57th St. Employment issues will continue next year, she says, but tenants are locking in deals with stable, long-term owners. |
