Afterwards, we hopped over to the Williams Club to hear Wells Fargo Mortgage's Neil Bader give a historical and current overview of the mortgage market to a quite lively and participatory National Realty Club crowd. Although the talk was off-the-record to press (despite our eyelash batting), we snapped this nice pic of Neil (right) with NRC prez Tom Graf of NorthMarq Capital.
ERM Architecture's Edward McGinnis, Kantor Davidoff's Thomas Kass, and Wells Fargo's Barry Zeman are happy to report that they've been busy. Edward's ready to put an Upper West Side combo medical/office building out to bid in two weeks (by invite only), while Barry has been buried in clients looking to buy homes and refinance at the lowest rates in decades.
