| Last night was REBNY's 20th Anniversary Residential Deal of the Year Awards & Charity Gala in Central Park, honoring toppers in residential sales and rentals. Each of the first-place winners received$1,500 for a charity of their choice, and all other proceeds went to REBNY's Residential Members In Need Fund and the Central Park Conservancy (over the last 20 years, the event has raised more than$2.5M to help the homeless). Many in attendance got in the maskedmood, donning sparkly and feathered disguises, while others preferred to stay au naturale and make networking a bit easier.
