Fisher Development Associates Wednesday announced the name for its nearly completed, 45-story residential tower at 33 Park View Ave. in Jersey City. Dubbed "Vantage," the 448-unit rental building is expected to deliver late spring.
The Marketing Directors are overseeing leasing of the building, where residences will be priced starting at $2,115/month for studio, one- and two-bedrooms units. Features include floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a 24-hour concierge, a zero-entry pool and a cybercafé.
Located adjacent to the Paulus Hook and Van Vorst neighborhoods, Vantage is part of a pipeline that includes 37,000 planned units in Jersey City.
