Argent Ventures is planning a 980-unit mixed-use development, called Baldwin Place, in Jersey City's Journal Square. Baldwin Place will replace a four-story, 300k SF former factory at 180 Baldwin Ave. It will consist of two seven-story buildings on Baldwin Avenue, with two 25-story towers behind them, NY Yimby reports.
