Who says you can't go home? Alfred Schwacke certainly thinks he can. (So does Bon Jovi.) The 40-year CRE vet has rejoined Grubb & Ellis this past week as SVP in the Philly office, where he will focus on institutional sales. For those not in the know, Alfred (sort of) began the Grubb & Ellis office in Philly by founding an Oliver Realty office in 1980 (Grubb bought the shop in 1986).
