Exclusive: Drone Footage Of $650M USC Village

USC's $650M Village is one of the largest developments being built right now in LA. Bisnow has exclusive drone footage of the project at the intersection of Hoover and Jefferson from Harley Ellis Devereaux.

More than 1 million hours have been spent on the project by general contractor Hathaway Dinwiddie. There are 600 to 800 construction workers at the 1.2M SF project, Harley Ellis Devereaux business development guru Roy Reel tells us.

The video shows how much progress has been made since USC held its official groundbreaking ceremonies in fall 2014. USC Village will include 2,700 beds of student housing and 100k SF of retail.

It is scheduled to be completed in June of next year.
