Experts: Industrial Will Keep Going Strong Through 2016

Reports from both Ten-X and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers have said the industrial sector is still going strong, and a recent Avison Young-brokered sale supports that.

The Ten-X report says industrial pricing growth has posted the biggest year-over-year gains of any sector, at 17.1%

Amidst the hot conditions for industrial, Avison Young just brokered a 1M SF industrial portfolio spread through Texas, Oklahoma and Kentucky.

Avison Young principal Erik Foster (pictured) tells GlobeSt the momentum for industrial will keep on chugging through 2016.

“As more and more capital looks to buy well-underwritten buildings such as these, the market will continue to move forward for sellers of quality assets,” Erik says.

The news from Ten-X and Cornerstone comes just after Jack Rosenberg told Bisnow that industrial is seeing some of the hottest conditions in the past 35 years. [GlobeSt]
