Meet Richfield's New Leaders

Richfield Hospitality prez Will Loughran (formerly the company’s SVP of sales and revenue strategy) and CFO Alan Baer (who joined from HRI Lodging and Kimpton) are fresh on the job and tells us the firm's immediate goals: growing its third-party management arm, including acquiring other management companies looking for an exit strategy; purchasing individual, full-service hotels to grow its national portfolio to around 50 assets over the next three years (they particularly like Chicago, Los Angeles, San Antonio, San Diego, and its hometown of Denver); and putting greater focus on asset management, led by operations exec Allen Kramme. Alan tells us he’s embraced moving from New Orleans to Denver and is taking advantage of the healthy atmosphere through skiing and the great outdoors. Will (who once also lived in the Big Easy) also loves raising his family there. He's a lacrosse coach, a “major part of my life since I was 14.”
