Massport Seeks Summer Street Hotel

The Massachusetts Port Authority and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority request qualifications statements from parties interested in developing, financing, constructing, and operating a HQ hotel project on two Massport-owned parcels located along Summer Street in immediate proximity to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, Mass. Qualifications statements requirements and content are set forth in the RFQ, which may be obtained via the Massport website. Qualifications statements must be received at the Administrative Office of Massport not later than 12:00pm local time on May 9, 2014.
