| This week, residential valuation data specialist Zillow reported the top 20 cities in the nation for trick-or-treating. That is, where best to troll for candy, as determined by four equally weighted variables: Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score (a walkability measurement) and local crime data. The top 20 are cities that will provide the most candy, with the least walking and safety risks. Despite its hilly geography, San Francisco tops the list. Fog City, especially the Presidio Heights and Sea Cliff zones, has high-priced homes likely occupied by wealthy residents more likely to give out hefty tubs of candy, according to the report. |
