Wood's 33 Peachtree Place One Step Closer

It looks like Wood Partners' 33 Peachtree Place is finally moving forward. (Not literally though, the concrete foundation is too strong.) We picked up an application made by Wood for development permits on its 343-unit apartment tower with the City of Atlanta. The company announced plans for the tower in September. And its plans, according to permit applications, will include 19k SF of retail (as shown in this rendering).
