Bain Names New Head Of Real Estate Capital Markets

Boston-based Bain Capital hired a JLL senior leader as its head of real estate capital markets.

Keith Largay has taken the role at the investment firm, Bain announced in a LinkedIn post. In this role, Largay will lead the firm's debt and financing strategy, grow lender relationships and work with its investment team.

Largay has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including various positions at JLL over the last 14 years, most recently as co-head of its Chicago office. Largay has also held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Northmarq.

In August, Bain renewed its lease and expanded to 378K SF at its headquarters, BXP's 200 Clarendon St. office tower in downtown Boston.

Bain manages more than 500 real estate assets with roughly $7B in equity invested, according to its website.

The firm last month acquired an eight-story, 122K SF medical office building in Washington, D.C., with partner Evergreen Medical Properties for $45.5M. In June, Bain and its partner secured a $300M construction loan for a Hollywood soundstage project.
