Continuum Of Care Senior Housing Underway In Hendersonville

Clarendale At Indian Lake, Hendersonville

Ryan Cos. US and partners LCS and Harrison Street broke ground recently on Clarendale at Indian Lake, a 189-unit senior living property in Hendersonville. The community will be on 11 acres at 195 Indian Lake Blvd.

The property will offer three options for residents: 115 independent living residences, 38 assisted living residences and 36 memory care residences, all under one roof. Clarendale at Indian Lake is the fourth one with the Clarendale brand, and will open in the fall of 2018.

“As we expand the Clarendale brand across the country, we're looking for markets where we can deliver a lifestyle choice that's unlike any other," Ryan Cos. senior vice president of development Dan Walsh said. "The continuum of care, along with activities and high-quality amenities and finishes, are important features that seniors are seeking.”

Toward that end, Clarendale at Indian Lake will include 28.5K SF of amenity space, with restaurant-style dining, a bistro, a pub and billiards room, a wellness center, including fitness and therapy, a salon, a movie room and a grand community room. There will also be outdoor dining seating and private courtyards.
