Broadway And Fifth Development Bags First Retail Tenant

Nashville restaurateur Tom Morales inked a deal to become the first announced retail tenant for the mixed-use project at Broadway and Fifth Avenue N, led by local office developer Pat Emery and San Diego-based OliverMcMillan.

Morales will lease 12k SF of the complex's outdoor amenity terrace for his dining and entertainment venue—as yet undefined—connected by a footbridge to a planned 375k SF office tower, reports the Nashville Business Journal. The project will also include a 350-unit apartment tower; both it and the office building are about 30 stories tall. [NBJ]
