Hillwood Development Co, founded by Ross Perot Jr, started work on two buildings at Airport Business Park in Smyrna. The combined 924k SF facilities will be on 75 acres. The logistics park will feature 32’ to 36’ clear height, ESFR fire protection, T-5 or LED lighting, cross dock loading and 130’ and 185’ truck courts. Both buildings will provide trailer space and auto parking, with availability for future growth.
