Witness the largest lease in Frisco (since the 214k SF AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group transaction in '06):GENBAND is moving its corporate HQ from Plano to a 52k SF space at 2801 Network Blvd. at Hall Office Park, leasing director Kim Butler tells us. (Apparently they'd been planning for a while, as the signage is already in place.) GENBAND will occupy the third and fourth floors of the eight-story, 200k SF, Class A building, bringing it to 92% occupancy. GENBAND exec Jan Gaulding says the location along the telecom corridor was appealing in attracting IT talent and is close to the existing Global Design Center in Plano and DFW airport. Landlord Hall Financial Group was repped by Kim and Tammy Lomonaco and CBRE's Baron Aldrine and Steve Rigby repped the tenant.
