WCMC does about $100M of renovations each year, Bob says. It's currently constructing the Belfer Research Building on East 69th; the structure's complete and curtain wall halfway done. It built the largest building it possibly could (480k SF versus original plans for 420k SF) and has shell floors for future assignment.
