Tishman Speyer is completing the vertical construction for a creative office project in Playa Vista.
The development, called The Brickyard, will have five- and six-story buildings with 425k SF of offices.
There will be a 9k SF daycare as well as 8k SF of retail space on the ground floor.
The Brickyard will have tiered rooflines and terrace decks, according to Urbanize LA. Gensler and Michael Maltzan Architecture are designing the project, set to finish later this year. [ULA]
