WeWork Continues Growth With Another New Lease

WeWork Los Angeles has signed a lease in Playa Vista for at least 75,400 SF.

WeWork is moving into Hudson Pacific Properties’ Playa Vista project at 12655 W Jefferson Blvd, which is now known as the Landing. Hudson bought the 96k SF office building two years ago for $38M, according to The Real Deal.

WeWork will soon expand to Pasadena (177 E Colorado Blvd) and Culver City (5782 W Jefferson Blvd) as well as Irvine, according to the WeWork website.

The company signed its first Hollywood lease at 7083 Hollywood Blvd in 2011. [TRD]
