WeWork Signs Lease At Constellation Place

Constellation Place, Century City, LA

As it continues its LA expansion, WeWork is headed to Century City.

The co-working pioneer just signed a 64k SF, 15-year lease at Constellation Place at 10250 Constellation Blvd (above)—the same building as ICM Partners.

The deal is worth more than $46M, or $4/SF a month, The Real Deal reports. JMB Financial Advisors is the landlord.

WeWork has come a long way from when it opened its first LA location five years ago at 7083 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood.

The Century City building marks WeWork's 12th location in LA.

Others include Culver City, Pasadena, Playa Vista, North LaBrea Avenue in West Hollywood, and a soon-to-open location in Manhattan Beach Towers at 1240 Rosecrans Ave. [TRD]
