Tishman Speyer Buys CNN Building In Hollywood

Tishman Speyer has agreed to buy the CNN Building at 6430 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood for more than $127M.

The deal had reportedly been in play for months. Palo Alto's Broadreach Capital Partners, which bought the 204k SF Class-A office building for $50M in 2006, sold it for more than $600/SF, according to The Real Deal.

Tishman, which plans to renovate the building, will co-lease the property with Madison Partners. The building is reportedly 84% occupied. [TRD]
