The Future of LA Real Estate

With today's emphasis on collaborative and creative office space, developers have become innovators. That's why we're thrilled to present Bisnow's 1st Future of Real Estate: Design, Innovation & Tech Summit at 4pm March 31 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.

Among our speakers will be Whitney Dorn (snapped with husband David Raffety), sustainability leader and project executive for DPR Construction. In addition to delivering projects for the firm's clients, she's also been involved in the development of three of DPR's regional offices in the Southwest, from the real estate selection and integrated design effort through the construction and commissioning of the spaces. BTW, two of the offices—San Diego and Phoenix—are zero-net energy.

DPR's San Diego office (above) was the first commercial building to achieve LEED Platinum for new construction in San Diego. At our event, Whitney will discuss what it means to deliver and occupy truly sustainable space. Right now, she's overseeing a major project for a tech company in OC. Breaking ground this month, it'll be a 1M SF office campus designed for 4,000 employees, and slated for completion in 2017. Come hear Whitney and more at our Future of Real Estate: Design, Innovation & Tech Summit March 31 starting at 4pm at the PDC, 8687 Melrose Ave. Sign up here.
