The Bluffs At Playa Vista To Sell For $425M

Edward J. Minskoff Equities is planning to buy the Bluffs at Playa Vista.

The New York investment and real estate firm has gone under contract to buy the 500k SF creative office campus at 12121 and 12181 Bluff Creek Drive, for around $425M.

The deal for the buildings is expected to close in early August, according to The Real Deal.

The Playa Vista property sold for around $850/SF.

Fox Interactive Media rents or subleases 90% of the fully leased space.

Lincoln Property recently developed the property. It was sold in 2011 to JPMorgan for $294M. [TRD]
