Tetra Tech Commits to Pasadena

Engineering firm Tetra Tech has signed a lease to remain in its current HQ in Pasadena, the Los Angeles Business Journal reports. LABJ says the lease will keep the company at the 3475 E Foothill Blvd building for more than five years, though it gave back about 7k SF. The company has been HQ'd at the park for about 10 years. Colliers' Shadd Walker and Nico Vilgiate repped landlord Wells Real Estate Funds, and CBRE's Todd Doney repped Tetra Tech.
