Bernards just completed OLiVE DTLA, a $62M mixed-use development in South Park.

The seven-story building at the corner of Pico Boulevard and Olive Street has 293 residences and 15k SF of ground-floor retail space.

There is also a fitness center and a clubhouse.

The building has studio, and one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents from $1,949 to $3,917/month.

The project was developed by Wolff Co and designed by TCA Architects. [ULA]
