NFL Terminates Office Lease In Culver City Early

As the National Football League kicks off a new season, it made official its move out of its office in Culver City.

Hudson Pacific Properties, the NFL's Culver City landlord, filed a notice with the Securities and Exchange Commission that the league would vacate its 70K SF space there in favor of a new spot in Inglewood's Hollywood Park development.

As of Dec. 31, the NFL’s 170K SF home base at 10900 Washington Blvd. will be a thing of the past, the regulatory filing shows.

The NFL has been largely moved into its new Inglewood office — right next door to SoFi Stadium — for about a year. The NFL’s base in Inglewood has about 214K SF of offices and 75K SF of studio space. When the office officially opened in September 2021, about 95% of the workers that were based in the company’s Culver City office had made the move to the new Inglewood space.

The NFL’s lease was set to expire at the end of December 2023, but it elected to exercise its early termination rights.

The league moved into its Culver City offices in 2003. According to filings from this month, it was paying an annualized base rent of about $8.4M for its space on Washington Boulevard.

Representatives for the NFL and Hudson Pacific Properties did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
