New 57-Story Tower Could Be Coming To Pershing Square

A property directly across the street from MacFarlane Partners’ under-construction Park Fifth may soon become a 55- to 57-story, mixed-use complex.

JMF Development Co filed plans with the LA Department of City Planning last week.

It would be built at the corner of 5th and Hill streets, according to Urbanize LA.

The tower would have either 100 condos, 200 hotel rooms and 27,500 SF of ground-floor retail or 142 condos, 25k SF of retail and no hotel.
