Hudson Pacific Properties' Proposed Hollywood Building Is Named

The name has been officially unveiled for a proposed 15-story building at 5901 Sunset Blvd.

Developer Hudson Pacific Properties says it will be called Epic. The project is designed by Gensler.

Epic would consist of about 274k SF of office over 26k SF of restaurants and shops, Urbanize LA reports.

It would possibly be a LEED Gold certified building and would have electric car charging stations and landscaped terrace levels.

The LA City Council approved the project a couple of months ago.
