Properties: The PacMutual building in DTLA; the Garland Center; Catalina Landing in Long Beach; and the Park DTLA, a five-building, 270k SF office complex that features indoor and outdoor wireless capabilities and the first solar-powered charging stations in Downtown LA.

Leadership: Rising Realty Partners is a real estate investment and operating platform headquartered in DTLA. With 3.3M SF under management, Rising aims to make environmental, social and technological impacts in every investment. Chairman and CEO Nelson Rising founded the firm. He began his career in real estate more than 40 years ago when he became president of the 5,000-acre Coto de Caza resort community in Orange County. He is also former CEO of Catellus Development Corp and former senior partner of Maguire Thomas Partners. He chaired the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. His son, Christopher Rising, manages the day-to-day operations of the company as founder and president.
