The former Figueroa Courtyard Downtown was officially relaunched earlier this year as The Park DTLA.
Rising Realty Partners' five-building, 270k SF office park has just opened two new outdoor event spaces and a dog park that can be used by tenants and members of the community.
The event spaces are now available for bookings.
The exclusive video above outlines the outdoor and indoor offerings of Park DTLA, according to Rising SVP Marc Gittleman.
Marc says it's the only space in DTLA with "true indoor-outdoor capabilities" for its tenants and also provides "the highest-speed public WiFi" available all over the five-acre campus.
The Park DTLA's internet service provider, 5x5 Telecom, allows tenants to access their office WiFi network in the shared outdoor space at the same speed they pay for indoors.
The Park DTLA, on the west side of Figueroa Street between 2nd and 3rd streets and near Bunker Hill, is billed as the only office park in Downtown LA.
