New Frank Gehry-Designed Digs For Thomas Safran & Associates

New offices for developer Thomas Safran & Associates are being built in Brentwood.

Frank Gehry is designing the three-story, 10K SF building at 11811 San Vicente Blvd., Urbanize LA reports.

The $8.5M project will have parking for 36 vehicles on this triangular lot near Katsuya Restaurant. It will also have a green roof, solar panels, a prominent clock tower and a public plaza that overlooks San Vicente Boulevard and Montana Avenue.

All 36 of Thomas Safran & Associates' staff members are expected to occupy the offices.
