Bisnow Scoop: iHeartRadio to Lease 120k SF at Tower Burbank

In what's a major coup and a reuniting for Jeff Worthe and Worthe Real Estate Group, Bisnow sources tell us the Internet radio platform is close to signing a 120k SF lease at Tower Burbank. The deal would have the firm move from its current spot across the street at 3300 Olive in a building Worthe owned but sold a 65% interest in to Hudson Pacific Properties in 2013 for $342M. Worthe Real Estate acquired the 487k SF Tower Burbank from BlackRock last year for $109M, setting up the reunion.

Located in the heart of the Burbank Media District, Burbank Tower offers panoramic views in a 31-story LEED Gold property. Worthe and PCCP have worked to transform the tower with polished concrete floors and open ceilings. Top amenities include a valet, the hip Olive & Thyme restaurant and this tenant lounge.
