CBRE's Bob Healey and Bill Bloodgood, flanking Continental Development prez Richard Lundquist, are leasing a 210k SF creative office campus called elevon at Campus El Segundo, Continental's JV with Mar Ventures. The project is among El Segundo's $1B in active and planned development activity.

Notable new developments in El Segundo include: The Point, an $80M, 115k SF shopping and dining complex; Apollo at Rosecrans, a 433k SF, five-building creative campus; Utah Avenue Campus, the redevelopment of nearly 200k SF in two high-bay, single-story buildings formerly occupied by Xerox; and Smoky Hollow, a mix of residential units and light industrial/manufacturing businesses.
