Chicago's Elite Invest is planning on making a move to LA.

The attraction is the soon-to-be-built Inglewood NFL stadium and the construction of Hollywood Park in Inglewood, where Elite Invest plans to open an office and focus its investments.

The firm will concentrate on value-add and rehab multifamily opportunities, according to GlobeSt. Elite Invest plans to focus on two- to four-unit properties.

The Inglewood Stadium is expected to draw big real estate dollars to the neighborhood. [GS]
