New Project Going Up On Wilshire Boulevard

A new residential tower is being built not far from LACMA on the corner of Wilshire and Crescent Heights boulevards.

The 18-story, 255-foot-tall building will have 158 residential units and 6,850 SF of ground-floor retail.

There will be one- and two-bedroom units and penthouses, according to Urbanize LA.

Steinberg Architects is designing the project, which will include a swimming pool, a rooftop garden, a fitness center and a small park on Crescent Heights Boulevard.

It is scheduled to be completed by October 2017, according to the website of Project Management Advisors. [ULA]
