Anejo Development has broken ground on a $16M mixed-use project in Palms.
The six-story Roy @ Overland (3644-3658 Overland Ave) will have 92 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Eight of the units will be reserved for low-income households.
There will be around 1,500 SF of retail as well as underground parking, a gym, a dog run and a roof deck, according to Urbanize LA.
The building features a landscaped courtyard as well. The Roy @ Overland could be completed by late 2017. [ULA]
